		<description><![CDATA[Scott, there are new revelations in metagenetics that confirm the statement &quot;you are what you eat&quot; inclusive of what you breath and drink, and even think as well.

I am particularly interested in aquaponics models above the Mason-Dixon line. My number one concern thus far is the (technical and financial) increase in power requirements due to the colder winter months and how this also impacts the architectural design of the site if one is to maintain year-round production; and how this affects disaster recovery planning.

Any points of interest you are willing to share, or direct me to seek specific data/research?
